Licensed Therapist in NY | Growth-Oriented | Strengths-Focused
Welcome! I’m Brianne, and I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while working toward meaningful and lasting change.
I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University and have experience working with adolescents and adults navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is strengths-focused, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I strive to help clients better understand themselves, build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and feel more empowered in their daily lives.
Above all, I value building strong rapport and trust with my clients so they feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the therapeutic process. I believe that even during life’s most difficult moments, growth, healing, and positive change are possible, and I look forward to walking alongside you on that journey.
