When you submit a contact or booking form, we collect your name, phone number, and email address. We do not collect health information, insurance details, or any other sensitive data through this website. Our hosting provider (Webflow) and Google Analytics also automatically collect your IP address and basic usage data such as pages visited and browser type. This is used only in aggregate to improve the site — individual visitors are not identified.
How do we use it?
Only to respond to your inquiry, follow up on a contact form, and understand how the website is being used. We do not sell your information, send marketing emails, or use it for any other purpose.
Do we share it?
No. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. The only third parties who handle any data from this website are Webflow (hosting) and Google Analytics (anonymous usage stats), both operating under their own privacy policies. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long do we keep it?
Contact form submissions are kept for up to 2 years, then deleted. Analytics data is anonymized and not retained beyond 14 months.
